Payment Information

A non-refundable fee of 50% must be paid upon signing the contract in order to reserve the opportunity. The remainder must be paid no later than 90 days prior to the ICSM2010 conference date. Participants entering into contract within 90 days of the event are required to pay in full upon submission of application. Sponsorships and exhibits are guaranteed upon return to applicant of approved application and receipt of payment in full. Please read the Terms for Sponsorship/Exhibitor.
